Hearing Loops Unlimited, (HLU) was initiated in 2012 with the renovation of the historic Dryden Theater, Eastman House in Rochester, NY, and the installation of a phase array hearing loop serving every seat in the theater. Since that time, and 250 + projects later, HLU has continued to meet the needs of people with hearing loss with unique custom hearing loop installations.

Don is one of North America's leading experts on hearing loops. He is an IEC-certified hearing loop system installer who is also a licensed architect; uniquely qualified to lead the industry toward the adoption of hearing loop technology in North America as it enjoyed in Europe.

Matt is an accomplished executive leader with a history of success orchestrating the startup and growth of diverse organizations. After graduating from the University of Rochester with highest honors, he received a Juris Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law where he was an active participant with school pro bono activities.

Matt served as a Legal Specialist in the United States Army Reserve. Matt developed and holds patents that resolve silica issues used by the largest oil and gas producers in the world. He was COO over a group of Porsche, Audi, Saaba, Volkswagen, Infiniti, Nissan and Toyota dealerships with revenues exceeding $140 million. He led contract negotiations with Nissan North America and was awarded a rare open point. He secured the development contract for the historic King Edward Hotel and secured the partnership position for the Standard Life highrise renovation and development. He holds the largest NFL client base in the Southeast in the NFL concussion law suit in Federal Court. Matt has helped numerous professional athletes launch nonprofit community organizations and educational foundations.

This diverse skill set is now focused on bringing widespread installation of hearing loops in North America for the benefit of all who use hearing aids and cochlear implants.
